We are looking for employees with IT talent
Start a career in IT with our IT company as IT talent with German language or IT talent with English and gain valuable experience and skills that you can put to good use.
Previous technical experience is an advantage with us, but not essential for every position.
It will definitely be a plus if you show enthusiasm and interest when you first contact us.
This is also reflected in general theoretical IT knowledge or proficiency in simpler technologies.
The ability to quickly understand the issues is important for training.
The potential for entering the IT world lies in a strong analytical mindset.
Previous experience in the insurance industry is not a prerequisite for most positions with us.
However, you will certainly be familiar with this area, more or less, as our clients are leading insurance companies such as Axa, Generali and Aegon.
Above all, a willingness and ability to get to grips with the subject matter is important.
Experience or at least theoretical knowledge of life or non-life insurance is an advantage in the training process, especially for yourself.
