Job Description

WHAT’S WAITING FOR YOU?

Your job tasks and responsibilities:

  • analysis of the requirements of our customers – insurance companies,
  • creation of technical specifications in German (functional part and technical assignment for developers),
  • regular consultations with the customer, support and advice on deployment and customization of our system,
  • designing new functionalities of our system and the most suitable technical solutions,
  • preparation and implementation of workshops, trainings and presentations related to insurance products,
  • fault analysis, conception and functionality testing.


The technologies and tools you’ll be working with:

  • JIRA,
  • XML tools (PSPad, BeyondCompare),
  • SQL Developer, SQuirreL SQL,
  • MS Office + Teams.

Employee Requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

Key knowledge (MUST HAVE):

  • minimum of a high school education in computer science, mathematics or related fields,
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst or IT Product Specialist in the field of software development,
  • Analytical, logical and procedural thinking,
  • Excellent communication skills for regular customer contact,
  • the ability to style content concisely, clearly and concisely,
  • Fluent communication in German at least at B2 (upper-intermediate) or C1 (advanced) level.


We also appreciate (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Previous experience in the testing and insurance industry,
  • experience in reading Java code,
  • communicative knowledge of the English language,
  • willingness to undertake occasional business trips abroad (max. 10 days per year).

  • salary from 2 600 € gross per month – the specific salary depends on your experience and will be the result of an agreement,
