Job Description
WHAT’S WAITING FOR YOU?
Your work duties and responsibilities include:
- You will take over the management of small to medium sized projects with a low to medium level of complexity.
- You support a project or programme manager in the implementation of larger projects.
- You are actively involved in the development, leadership and coordination of project team members.
- You manage the planning, monitoring and control of project progress.
- Together with a programme or experienced project manager, you are responsible for achieving the objectives of the assigned project.
- You communicate regularly with the project steering committee and report on the current status of the project.
- You not only actively use project methodologies and tools, but also contribute to their development and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- You are involved in building and managing customer relationships.
- You support your colleagues in acquisition activities.

Employee Requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
Key skills (MUST HAVE):
- A minimum of 1 year of experience leading software projects, ideally in the insurance industry or supporting a project team
- Experience in SW development life cycle (SDLC)
- Minimum of a high school education in computer science, management, economics or related fields
- Knowledge of project management, financial controlling, accounting
- Advanced knowledge of German (minimum C1 level) and intermediate knowledge of English (minimum B1 level)
- Systematic and structured way of working, ability to think abstractly
- Analytical thinking and the ability to structure and present complex topics clearly
- Confident demeanour and open approach to people
- Strong customer orientation
- High level of teamwork, strong communication and organizational skills
- Independence, responsibility and proactive approach
- Pragmatic, constructive, problem-solving oriented thinking
- Willingness to travel abroad on business trips to customers or other branches
We also appreciate (NICE TO HAVE):
- Knowledge of project methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Waterfall)
- Good knowledge of Excel and Office 365
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new things

Salary and Benefits

- Salary from €2,200 gross per month – the specific salary depends on your experience and will be the result of an agreement
