Since there is no one holding me down at work and no time constraints, I feel freer, which definitely reflects positively on my work performance. I arrive at work already around 7 a.m. and work until about 4 p.m. ” Laura (21), data analyst: ” With my school and other activities, this is an invaluable advantage. During the summer, I tend to work early mornings, but during the semester I catch up on work in the evenings.” Michal (21), tester: “I usually do part of my work in the morning and then, depending on the time, I work a few hours in the evening.”
How often do you work from home? Do you have any limits on it (outside of pandemics)?
Natália (21), office assistant: “I have not encountered any limitation of working from home at msg life Slovakia. I use it a maximum of five times a month when I am out of Bratislava. However, I prefer to work in the office, where there is a better atmosphere and more comfort.” Laura (21), data analyst: “During the semester, the home office is more convenient for me as I would otherwise lose time travelling. However, when I have the opportunity to work a full day, I would definitely choose to work in the office.”
How do you manage to work and study at the same time?
