Job Description

WHAT’S WAITING FOR YOU?

Your work duties and responsibilities include:

  • Analysing the requirements of our clients – insurance companies.
  • Creating professional specifications in German (functional aspects and technical assignment for developers).
  • Regular consultations with clients, support and advisory in implementing and customising our system.
  • Designing new system functionalities and the most suitable technical solutions.
  • Preparing and delivering workshops, training sessions, and presentations on insurance products.
  • Error analysis, concept development and functionality testing.

Technologies and tools you will work with:

  • JIRA
  • XML tools (PSPad, BeyondCompare)
  • SQL Developer, SQuirreL SQL
  • MS Office + Teams

Employee Requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

Key skills (MUST HAVE):

  • At least a secondary education in informatics, mathematics, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst or IT Product Specialist in software development.
  • Analytical, logical, and process-oriented thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills for regular client interaction.
  • Ability to express ideas concisely, clearly, and effectively.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of German language (C1) – ability to communicate independently with the customer and to prepare professional documentation.

We also appreciate (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Experience reading Java code.
  • communicative knowledge of the English language,
  • Willingness to occasionally travel abroad on business (max. 10 days per year).
