IT Talent Sourcer - Student responsibilities

  • Active sourcing and approaching of top talents via social media (LinkedIn) and Slovak job portals (Profesia and others).
  • Building a talent database for various roles to meet both current and future recruitment needs, and developing relationships with potential candidates.
  • Pre-screening and qualification of talents, presenting and reporting on potential candidates.
  • Close cooperation with the HR department (in the initial phase of recruitment), identifying candidate requirements.
  • Creating employer branding and raising positive awareness of the company.
  • Ability to adapt to recruitment needs, analysing and improving sourcing methods.
  • Participating in joint HR meetings and contributing own ideas for improving processes.

IT Talent Sourcer - Student job requirements

  • The position is suitable for students in their 2nd or 3rd year of university studies, with availability on multiple days during the week.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with LinkedIn and building professional connections.
  • English at a communicative level, German is an advantage.
  • Ability to report, think analytically, and connect different points and contexts.
  • Strong communication skills, perseverance, patience, and excellent time management.
  • A dynamic personality able to quickly adapt to changes in sourcing activities (depending on project type).
  • Result-oriented, creative, and with a positive attitude.

More about the IT Talent Sourcer - Student position

As an IT Talent Sourcer – Student, you will be part of the HR department and the recruitment process, mainly in its early stages. Your responsibilities will include actively sourcing talent via LinkedIn profile, on the Profesia portal, and building a talent pool for hiring purposes, pre-selecting and reporting on IT candidates for positions such as Lead Cloud Architect, IT Test Manager, or Java Developer for MigArchiv. We welcome suggestions for improving IT talent sourcing methods and processes.
