  • Analysis of requirements, design and agile development of software solutions in the field of life, non-life and health insurance, as well as various support systems (Partner, Billing).
  • Bug fixes, Code Reviews as well as implementation of unit or regression tests.
  • Creation and updating of technical and business documentation.
  • CI/CD

  • Java 11, Java 17, Spring, Maven, Websphere, JBoss, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, SOAP/REST Webservices, Cloud
  • Databases: DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL
  • Static code analysis: SonarQube
  • Development environment:Eclipse, Windows OS, GIT (Bitbucket)
  • Collaboration:Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Teams Collaboration

Job Requirements for the position of Java Programmer Senior

  • Several years of professional work experience in Java fulltime programming for at least 5 years
  • Ability to work in an international agile team, autonomy, accuracy, responsibility.
  • Willingness to learn, high level of personal initiative and solution orientation.
  • Experience in software development for the insurance sector and communication in both languages (English and German) is an advantage.
