Tasks for IT Test Manager
- Leading, coordinating and motivating test teams.
- Monitoring of the testing process and its continuous evaluation, monitoring of the achievement of the set objectives, reporting for testing.
- Working closely with analysts, development, product owners and all project stakeholders.
- Designing test plans, overseeing the writing of test cases, test scripts and defining business scenarios.
- Developing and implementing software testing strategies and integrated solutions for client needs.
- Participate in the standardization of test tools, test frameworks and test processes to increase cost savings.
- Adapting the testing approach as needed, anticipating risks and prioritizing testing activities.

Job Requirements for IT Test Manager
- Several years of experience in test management, test strategy coverage.
- Hands-on testing experience, knowledge of a wide range of technologies and experience with testing tools (such as Selenium, Java).
- General overview in IT field and knowledge of software development process, knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Ideal experience in the insurance industry.
- ISTQB certification an advantage.
- Fluent German (B2 or higher).
- Good communication skills, ability to plan and manage.
- Not being afraid to make unpopular decisions, the art of motivating a team to work with precision, problem solving skills.
