Job Requirements Systems/DevOps Engineer Senior

• Several years of work experience administering complex Unix systems in a global data center environment.
• Good knowledge of Linux and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Understanding of cloud-based applications.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, orchestration, and configuration management.
• Knowledge of network and infrastructure services.
• Experience with monitoring, configuration and visualization tools.
• Good communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Structured way of working, reliability and flexibility.

Tasks for the position of Systems/DevOps Engineer Senior

• Establishing a reliable and efficient interface between IT operations and software development, analysing requirements, and ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
• Supporting our project groups in the development, maintenance and optimization of build pipelines.
• Establishment and further development of a scalable and efficiently managed multicloud infrastructure.
• Administration of Windows and Unix server infrastructure based on physical and virtual machines.
• Ensuring smooth operation of data storage (Netapp, Dell).
• Evaluating new technologies for IT infrastructure, creating system documentation.
