DETAIL OF WORK TASKS
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will lead a team of specialists providing 2nd/3rd level technical support to customers in resolving incidents and coordinating regular transitions to new system versions. You will communicate in German and English, working with customers, team members and subcontractors to ensure effective problem resolution and system maintenance.
