Job Description
WHAT’S WAITING FOR YOU?
Your work duties and responsibilities include:
- Analysis of our clients’ requirements – insurance companies, particularly in integrating the msg.Life Factory or msg.Insurance Suite systems into their IT environment.
- Creation of professional specifications in German, including functional documentation and technical briefs for developers.
- Design of sophisticated integrations and interfaces between systems, working with databases, data models and data mapping.
- Support in system configuration and parameterisation – proposing new functionalities and identifying the most suitable technical solutions for the client.
- Regular consultations with clients, close cooperation on solution configuration and implementation.
- Preparation and delivery of workshops, training sessions, and presentations focused on system functionality and insurance products.
- Collaboration with testing and development departments, acting as a link between client and development.
- System error analysis, proposing improvements, functionality testing.
- Responsibility for selected areas or sub-projects.

Employee Requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
Key skills (MUST HAVE):
- At least a secondary education in informatics, mathematics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst or IT Product Specialist in software development.
- Experience in designing interface concepts, working with databases and SQL, data modelling and mapping, SOAP/REST Web Services and XML.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry.
- Advanced knowledge of German language (C1) – ability to communicate independently with the customer and to prepare professional documentation.
We also appreciate (NICE TO HAVE):
- Ability to read and navigate Java code.
- English at a communicative level.
- Willingness to occasionally travel abroad on business (max. 10 days per year).

- A salary from €2,600 gross per month – the exact amount depends on your experience and will be agreed upon.
