Data Scientist responsibilities and job description
- Using machine learning (ML), deep learning and large language models (LLM) in a professional DevOps environment with Python, as well as training parameters in the context of Hyperparameter Optimization for our models.
- Design of new software components based on artificial intelligence in the environment of professional standard insurance software systems.
- Development of Knowledge Management systems using LLM and Business Process Support systems based on AI.
- Optimization of conventional software development processes using ML and AI.
- Work on research projects and collaboration with research institutes.

Data Scientist job requirements
- Successfully completed second-level university education (Master’s degree) in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field of study or specialization.
- Working experience with Python, Java, Tensorflow, Supervised Learning.
- Experience in data science and machine learning is an advantage.
- Solid theoretical foundation, especially in probability theory, distributions and hypothesis testing.
- Interest in new technologies and application scenarios.
- A structured and analytical way of working as well as a high level of autonomy, responsibility, initiative, decisiveness and team spirit.
- English language at an upper-intermediate level.
- German language is an advantage.

- Salary from €2,600 gross per month – the specific salary amount depends on your experience and will be agreed upon
