A Professional Agile Leader is responsible for coaching and mentoring teams and managers, using coaching skills, Scrum Master Jira knowledge, and various frameworks such as LeSS, agile or Scrum methodology. You will participate in further team development and project process expansion while also supporting colleagues and stakeholders in understanding and implementing the empirical approach in practice through the agile leadership model and your Scrum Master hard skills.
