Tasks and job description for the position of IT Issue Manager

  • Organization and coordination of the development process and defect management of software systems in the field of life, non-life and health insurance, as well as various support systems (Partner, Billing).
  • Responsibility for adherence to standard processes and bug reporting.
  • Participate in planning, managing and monitoring the progress of software analysis, conception, implementation, bug fixing, testing and delivery.
  • Initial setup and rollout of Jira projects for task and ticket management.
  • Organization and execution of regular meetings with project and project department heads, defect management and issues reporting.
  • Planning deliveries in coordination with the customer, project managers and the test department.

Job Requirements for IT Issue Manager

  • Several years of experience in a similar position.
  • Successfully completed secondary or higher education I. or II. degrees.
  • Ability to identify, prioritize and assign tasks and tickets, but also coordinate the entire process of their resolution.
  • Ability to work in an international team, autonomy, accuracy, responsibility.
  • Knowledge of Jira and SQL software is an advantage.
