  • Rollout and installation of information systems msg.Life Factory and msg-life Insurance Suite according to customer requirements.
  • Deployment of new test environments and maintenance of existing configurations (internal and customer).
  • Optimization, automation and integration of various components and the installation process within msg.Life Factory and msg.Insurance Suite.
  • Development, deployment and maintenance of DevOps integration pipeline and build management in various configurations.
  • Design, monitoring, log analysis and optimization of source code management, integration and testing processes.
  • Creation of documentation and standardization, technical advice to clients.

Job Requirements for the position of System Integrator for the Insurance Industry

  • Experience supporting CI/CD based solutions (Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus, Artifactory, Maven).
  • Knowledge of or experience with application servers such as Tomcat, JBoss/WildFly, WebSphere, and DB2, Oracle, and PostgreSQL database systems.
  • Routine and secure command line work in Windows and Linux.
  • Experience with a scripting or programming language such as Yaml, Unix-Shell, Perl, PHP, Groovy, Java, Python, PowerShell, etc.
  • Experience with integration of complex information systems under Windows and Linux.
  • Basic knowledge of containerization principles (Docker, Kubernetes) and willingness to participate in possible system modifications and migrations to the cloud (AWS/Azure).
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks.
  • Knowledge of English language at a communicative level – intermediate (B2).
  • German language at a communication level – intermediate (B2) is a great advantage.
  • Successfully completed secondary or higher education I. or II. degrees.

They identify client needs, design, develop and implement the entire integration process and IT solutions that integrate applications within the setup. They create documentation and provide technical advice to clients.
